I know that I become frustrated at times when I can't get past the screener questions. However, I just cashed out for an Amazon e-certificate, so I am happy. |

| It seems like the number of surveys they send out has dropped dramatically this past year :( |

| I still get 2-3 per week for about 150 points. They add up more quickly than others and are far less frustrating to me to complete. I've cashed out a couple of times for $15 which isn't bad when I'm not doing anything anyway. |

| I don't qualify for nearly as many as before and my demos have not changed... |

I have been a member for some time and have noticed it is harder and harder to qualify for the surveys. I qualify for 2 - 3 a month now from 10-15 offers. I am thinking of quitting when I get enough for a payout.

I haven't been getting many lately, either; but, I was surprised to get 4 surveys from them yesterday...qualified for 2....
I redeemed some of my points for a $25 Amazon E-certificate, and, received it in a matter of minutes.
In reading some of the FAQ's, I learned that we could redeem when we reached 600 points...I had always thought we had to reach 1000. Lightspeed has always been good for me. |

| Beware of gift cards for Lightspeed. I received a $10 CVS gift card in the mail that I redeemed on 11/23. I went to CVS to use it yesterday and it's empty, never been activated. I'm e-mailing the 2 people I have read earlier in the forum, so hopefully I will get a quick response. |

I use all my points for Amazon GCs. They email you a code, you enter it in your Amazon account and it is good until you use it.
I do hate that every survey asks the same question. I had 5 surveys sitting in my account and all started with:
What is your gender? What is your zip code? What state do you live in? (yes, after asking my zip code) How old are you?
I did not move, get much older, nor have a sex change in the 5 minutes since the last survey! |

| Just recently got $80 in rewards from them thru Paypal payment. It took a few days after I redeemed the rewards points till the money showed up in my Paypal account. This is the 2nd time I've done this with them and no problems either time. Their surveys can be frustrating at times but they do pay quickly, at least with Paypal. |

| Typically I get restaurant gift cards from them (never had an issue), but this time I elected to get a watering can. Which got here about two weeks (if that) from when I put in for the order. It's a pretty nice one and both myself and my husband like it better than our old one, plus it's bigger than our old one is. |

I like to get the Amazon E-codes...it's quick, easy, don't have to worry about a card getting lost in the mail, or, arriving 'un-activated'....I usually redeem it one night, and, it's in my e-mail box the next morning...ready for me to add it to my Amazon account....and, I can always find something to buy at Amazon.

This is one of my favorites. I always cash my points in for money which within 1-2 days I get into my paypal. But one thing I have to agree with the others is that lately I just can't seem to qualify for any survey. Which annoys me because it takes longer to add up the points. But I still think this is one of my top 10 survey sites. |

| I haven't gotten a single survey invitation from Lightspeed in probably 2 months. I used to get them almost daily and liked using them because they would pay quickly with Paypal, but it's like they've now fell off the face of the Earth. Anybody else getting any surveys from them? |

Lightspeed is one of few good ones.
The only hiccup is somehow my automated redemption is messed up - so I have to email to request payment. But they usually respond in less than a week.
I agree with Ray that they (and all of the others) should store answers to our common profiles to speed things up.
Actually, I like SurveyHead because they compute how likely you will be accepted into a survey (but they still don't input any profile information for you - sigh).

| I really like Lightspeed. They keep an accurate accounting of my points, and I like being able to get gift cards. I have gotten the Amazon e-card, or whatever it's called. It comes right into my inbox, and I use a number when I order from Amazon. I like that because it's fast and I can get what I want. |

Lightspeed is one of my favorites also, i've gotten several Gift cards from them and cash thru paypal also, just finised a survey this morning in which i did a home survey for them , where i will be paid $50 by Visa Gift card. I've been with them for a while and usually get about 5 invitations a month, i only qualify for a few, but i like them because they always pay. And the few times i've had issues with points not being posted , i email they and within the week the points are credited.

I think they merged in January...that's when I first noticed it. I used one e-mail account for Lightspeed, and, My Survey account was on another e-mail account. So far, I have not received credit for my 907 Lightspeed points. I have sent several e-mails trying to get it straightened out, but, nothing, yet!
I've been with My Survey for a long time...they are a good company, but, most of the surveys I get from them lately are for low points. Lightspeed was good, too...I'm not sure the merger is going to be better for us. I'm not getting many surveys, now. |

| Clare, I agree. I liked both separately, but I'm not really happy with the merger. Less surveys and less points. At least I had both with the same email. |
