I like Natural Insight better than JET. It takes longer to input the work; much more cumbersome.

In the switch over to JET you can't book more than 8 hours in a day or 35 hours a week. Advantage is really slow at times; now you can't make up for the slow times by booking as much work you can do. I don't think this is fair. But it is their new policy.

Am interviewing for a position on the Mars route doing C-stores. Noticed some of you are in this division and was hoping for some feedback.

TIA

I have another new DM, still have a overdue project, that I have been paid for, can't get it off of my screen. Had 24 projects to work, they have all now been canceled. So this means, no work now for 2 months. Well I had two projects in that period.

Same thing here, had 20 projects canceled at the last minute. Plus, they were to repeated every week for 4 weeks. Also, have a new DM (3rd one since June). Maralyn have you filed a help desk ticket for the "overdue"?

Oh I'm sorry, if you click on the store the call report should open for you to answer questions.

OK I got to the call report on the web site but the call is still there and says overdue. I did answer the questions and clicked save. Why is it still there? How do I get a confirmation # and complete the call report?

Don't worry about the overdue. It's on their end. Please bring back natural insight.

I'm with you, David....I want NaturalinSight back too. The new system is so awkward and time-consuming. I wonder if they'd be interested in receiving feedback from us???

I finally submitted my call report on the web site. I called a couple of people and someone returned my call this morning. I took another job from them and will watch the training before I do this next call.

McBarb, I had one showing overdue that I submitted too. It usually happens with a Sams Club job I do. I think it's a matter of them clearing their call sheet faxes on their end.

OK...so...this Marketing thing is all new to me so I'm not understanding the lingo ...I've been a mystery shopper for the past 5 or so years & a friend just recommended this company as great to work for...

...I'm going to "subscribe" to this thread just so I can get some feedback...maybe I'll break into the realm of marketing too!

Any comments or feedback ...much appreciated!!!

Jen, if you want to learn the lingo there is a glossary of mc (mc=merchandising) terms at www.Narms.com
If you regsiter there you will get work. They send emails if there is work in your area. They will call if you check that box.
You will learn a lot about companies by reading posts here.

I have been getting more work since the new website started. I almost said it wasn't worth learning. I have a feeling some others in the area said "forget it" and that is why I'm finding more work. It's more challenging for sure but I will be happy when direct deposit hits. I wish I could remember their pay schedule.

Hi! Shel

What part of Michigan do you live at: I live in U.P of Mich...work up here has slowed down. I am glad that your getting work, this is one of my most right favorite company to work for. It maybe slow up here it should pick-up soon. I hardly see a Michagander on this site. Glad you are getting work, good luck. I live about 34 miles north west of Escanaba MI.
