Sure have, but I was moving as fast as I could to get to shelter.
This post was from a person who equated golf to watching paint dry. J/K Natalie I knew what you meant.

Ever had a hole in one or an eagle?

Yes, I've had a hole in one if miniature golf counts.

Have you ever trimmed a neighbor's tree that was hanging on your side of the fence/yard when they weren't looking?

Yes, Judy, I have done that! It was either trim the limb or poke my eye out every time I tried to get under the tree with the lawnmower.

I have had a few holes in one while playing miniature golf, and my husband has shot an eagle (once) on the real golf course. He's the golfer and I'm the one who watches the paint dry.

Have you ever botched a home improvement project and ended up needing to call a professional to fix it?

No. I don't do any babysitting anyway. My clan is enough to keep me busy.

No.

Well you might read up on it, unless over $2.00 a gallon for gas does not matter to you.

Are you looking for advice on what to use? LOL, what a question!

Yes, there have been times when I've used Kleenex. Haven't ever had to try leaves when outdoors, though.

Have you ever returned an item you bought and made up an excuse even though the real reason was that you'd tried it and didn't like it?

LOl Lisa. I don't even remember posting this over a year ago. But I do remember once reading a magazine article on how you can use the toilet roll tube if you run out of toilet paper. It was some interesting article on what to do in seemingly minor everyday emergencies.

How did you find this thread, Pearl? To answer your question, I did often find myself sitting to the most brilliant girl in high school (and I do mean brilliant!), so I must confess that I did glance over occasionally to see what she was up to, if you know what I mean. Didn't help much 'cos she was always two steps ahead of me, so I gave it up.
