The only thing about Crossmark that is irritating to me is the variety of web sites they have for everything. One for emails, a different one for reporting, different again for then reporting your printing and mileage, which on mileage it does it for you after you click on the date, and a completely different one for training. They all use the same password except for the reporting one so that helps a little but all but the reporting site also change passwords every 6 months. Once you're used to it, it's not so bad.

I gave it an honest try, but I came to realize that the right hand does not know what the left is doing! My "supervisor" took days to respond to emails, and their online sites are a mess. Lesson learned!

Thats all you can do ! I worked for Crossmark over 10 years in another division...frustration levels are maddening. I wonder if they have a clue.

Does anyone have any updated information on this company? They have a listing in my area and was hoping for some current feedback.

I've been working for Crossmark for over 2 years now and with other companies over 15 years. They issued me a tablet and all my work is completed on that while in the store. Basic merchandising, resets, cut ins, pop installed, etc. I enjoy it as I have a regular route of stores that I do things in each week. It's been getting busier and busier this fall and winter and I heard we have a ton of work for January.

I would love to get a call from Crossmark. Bumped into one of their reps this winter, she drove from 2 hours away because they had no one in the area. HEY I'M IN THE AREA

I had to apply about 5 times before someone actually called me. I kept seeing work in my area and kept applying. Seemed like it took forever before they followed through. Don't give up, they'll finally get it.

My application status is in "pending" and has been for months. Hmmmm.

Apollo (where CPM was swallowed up into) is actually getting some of the P&G work back again. I think Crossmark may actually be subcontracting some of it out.

I had been doing IRI data collection for the past couple months. Two weeks ago there was nothing in my handheld for the week when I synced. I contacted my supv and he didn't seem to know what was wrong but said he would check into it. The next weekend when I synced my ID was deleted from the reps list in the handheld to log into the system. Apparently from what he told me the company stopped doing this type of collecting in a bunch of stores and didn't bother to tell any of the reps or their supervisors. He had no idea what to tell anyone, whether other work was coming or was it the end of the line. I felt bad for the guy, he was upset over it. The work didn't last long, the ad was up in August in Indeed and that's when I started. Now I guess I'm getting Neilson work and a new supervisor (I like the one I have) they say. Don't exactly know when though. This company did the same thing several years ago when I did data collecting. Talk about all the love and caring they feel towards their representatives...we are so proud of our employees..our people make the difference..BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

Funny, I applied again to Crossmark in January for data collection, received 3 separate emails letting me know they were scheduling interviews. Next thing I know, another division that direct sells into convenience stores contacts me saying I had applied for a job with them. No thank you, don't like hard sales. I asked what happened to the job I applied for, he said it got cancelled.

I also got an email from someone for "Volt" training and uploading a picture for a badge after all this other stuff occurred. Someone from the 'Fit" department said I didn't complete this training. I have not applied for anything to do with Walmart. This is so messed up. I'm just going to let it play out and see what happens. The last time I got involved in Walmart service with this company they had us running all over creation, you couldn't schedule anything with certainty for the next week personal or business.

Over the years, I've learned one thing about Crossmark. The dysfunction level almost equals that of Congress.

I have not checked salestrak for a couple weeks since I was deleted from their system for IRI collection. Now I have a store in my portal (1/2 hour work) but I have no handheld. Apparently, they don't make the older handhelds anymore, so they are on "backorder". I was told that the company had to buy some off Ebay the last time they needed them.
