Just played for a code, and they gave me one that's already been used.

Ordered 2 on the same day, so hoping to get the other one tomorrow.

The first one was in an open envelope. Luckily, it didn't fall out.

Did anyone get the telescope? I am asking as I am thinking of getting one, but I don't know much about them. All I do know is I want to be able to see the craters on the moon and mars good. So I was curious before I order this if anyone had gotten it and used it and if it is worth it? If not I would rather get something that will be used.

RANDI,

I don't have this particular telescope but I have a similar one and I'm disappointed in the image quality. The problem is that you have a very small field of vision. By the time that you locate what you want to see you have about 20 seconds to view it before the earths rotation moves your object out of your field of vision. It also is not very strong. I have a pair of 7x35 binoculars that give me a much better view of the moon. As for Mars, you will need a much better and stronger scope to see anything more than a red star.

I got the telescope for about half the points they want for it now. In my opinion, all it is good for is looking at the moon. I agree with Craig about the strength of it as well. You are better off using a strong pair of binoculars. I do like the look of the telescope and it adds to the room it is in, which is probably the main reason I got it.

I would not spend the number of points required for it now, and would suggest looking for something else.

I wish I had gotten more gift cards for Subway. I don't even see the $10 one anymore and they are out of the $25 ones. Oh well.

Thanks to you both. I will do some searching and actually put my money into a good one to use.

Yes, they do expire. Why don't you get some 20 oz. bottles of Coke? You have 150 points if you have 50 caps and these are only 35 each.
Also if anybody didn't notice but the 12 packs are back for only a few more days. Now they are 240 pts. each.

Dawn the points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. So if you haven't added points in 90 days they may be gone.

The Coke 12 pak free coupons are back for only 5 days @ 240 points, so you better hurry if you want them.

Wow! They have gone up on point requirements, haven't they? The 12-pk I got only took 100 points!

240 sure is a lot. I only had to 'pay' 100 pts for each of mine.

I think I'll pass on that deal....especially, since the stores here have been putting them on sale about once a month for 3/$10, and, occasionally, 4/$11 & get a 5th 12-pk Free.

I need about 25 more points to redeem for an item I can use....if it's not gone when I get there!

Does anyone know what is going on now with the Coke rewards? They have removed over half of the items over 500 points. There is almost nothing left to redeem your points for. First they raise the point requirements then they remove the items. Is this the best way to reward your loyal customers? What did we do to them? Maybe I should start collecting Pepsi stuff points. javascript:insertsmilie('')
