Wendy, You can write to them at this address:
NMR 311 E Port St. Moonachie, New Jersey 07074
OR........you can call them at this number.
1-800-805-8273
It is their main headquarters. Once you get someone, tell them where you live and ask them to have their regional person get in touch with you about working for them..........they are a GREAT company to work for!!!
Good luck!! |

What other company would offer to come out and help you if your stores are late?...Willing to meet at a location solve any problem, assist with all the work?...They have for me, and offered again.
This is one of the best there is in merchandising companies, understandly work with you. Many merchandisers have very huge routes, seems as if many their routes are for a county not a city. (seems to me) The stores I work with are considered late if not serviced within a month, because I only have 3 stores. Others are considered late after 3 months, meaning the merchandisers with the huge rountes do have up to 3 months servicing a store, then they're considered very late...Hurry and get there..
My husband had medical problems during Nov-Jan, in which I missed a month of servicing my stores. I really thought I also had up to 3 months before being very late.......Then on the middle of the following month I received a call from my District Manager, telling me he was comming out to help me with my stores in the next day or two.
I had the Wal Marts resets for Convergence Marketing scheduled. So I promised to get them done within the following week. I kept him updated on each store.
I service Rite Aids Mary

I love this company. Unfortunately I just quit. They pay for actual time worked and the merchandising only takes 30 minutes at most. I couldn't afford to do a store for that pay. |

| There is a lot of stores in my area. In a 90 mile round trip there would be between 25-30 stores. All grocery stores, freds, and Rite Aids. Says rite aid is greeting cards, freds only cds, grocery stores dvds and cds. It said 30-60 each visit. If it says 30-60 and only takes 15 will you just get paid for 15 min. in the store? |

If you rush it, I was advised and to clean the shelves, dust the area and use up your time, you need to make your money too. My district manager mentioned last week he checked a few stores and the shelves and areas were dirty. If you have a locked glass case clean the glass doors. If you report you worked only 15 mins. that will be your pay....at least 8-10 mins more work would make it 30 mins.
For me, I was told Web reporting and time sheets are reported:
Start: 2:00 or 2:15 or 2:30 or 2:45 or 3:00 End : 2:30 or 2:45 or 3:00 or 3:15 or 3:30
If you start at 2:00 and finish at 2:23 or 2:25 you would write it in 2:30.....If any thing else you can verify your work to get those few minutes. Clean the display and stretch your time to the hour, max allowed, start at 2:00 and finish at 2:53(you would write finished at 3:00)
I am speaking of the same company, I work for them too.
I work at 4 Rite Aids,I service CDs and DVDs. I always have returns and take inventory for each service call,I end up using all my time. |

| Colette, I would have done the same, I take assignments that offer at least 2hrs., 30mins. just isn't enough for the gas and your time. Lucky for me, I have 1-2hrs. allowed at each location, I'll do my service calls when I know I may have huge returns, towards the end of the month after all deiiverys are in then there's the overstock. This way I'm sure to work 2hrs. at each location. If I worked just 1hr. at each location I would also have to drop this job. |

| I have 22 new jobs starting this month in Rite Aid and Freds. The freds was scheduled to start in Sept but the stores have not received the product. I am not sure what the job is in Rite Aid, but the email says cards and phones. My Rite Aids start Oct 13 with the new store set up. I will be glad when we get all the information on what we will be doing though. |

| You will love the company MCbarb. My hours have dropped a lot with them; but now that we are getting freds and Rite Aid I will have more than I did when they dropped. I talked to my DM today and she said that I would be doing the gift cards. And 3 rows of CDs in Freds. |

Has any one posting on this forum completed the endcap re-set for the calling cards and gift cards at Rite Aids. I'm guessing it may take me 3-4 hrs. I did ask my District Manager and he said quite a bit more time than expected but did not say how many hrs. He planning on comming on the 30th to show me what to do with the first one, then I would do another three on my own.......I can do it my self and would like to get started tomorrow, have all three done and tell him there's no need for him to come.
At first I guessed as much as 4-5 hrs. if we need to move alot of the cards around. Can any one tell how long it took them to complete themm, please. |

Good evening. I did my first Rite aid store yesterday and it took me 3.5 hours. All of the cards do not get moved, especially on the left side panel. I would advise using a power screw driver to speed up tightening the two extender slide on racks. The waterfall in the center panel needs to be pried off with the biggest flat head screwdriver you own...it is attached with christmas tree pins, the kind that spread out at the bottom when you insert it into a pegboard. It is pretty easy, just time consuming, considering how many facings have to be labeled. Good luck Roberta |

I was contacted through a cold call, as in some one who had my name and number passed it on to the hiring manager. The only web contact I have is the reporting system, which does not have any recruting or hiring info. Your best bet is to call the office in Moonchie. Roberta |

Try the google search box for everything...you'll find it faster....there is no listing for this company anywhere. Only on a few job boards and forum chats.....
I found this job ad on the web through google search box
http://www.massreps.com/?post_id=11146
You have the website here (ad)...go there...then click on...Contact Us... It's your employment application....
Get there faster...www.fieldservicegroup.com
They mainly hire on rural areas for part-timers because they use full-timers for the cities. It seems to me... each full-timer handles about 300-3000 locations a month. I only have 4 locations once a month. One of these full-timers is also considered my District Manager...He's the one that comes to check on me and help when needed. Like training me for the calling cards re-sets.

Roberta, I wish I would of read your reply before I went to work on my first. I had no idea how the waterfall was going to come out without forcing it out. I asked the store associates and asked again to be sure. Yes, you force it out, I didn't expect that so I didn't have the tool to do it.
I moved the items that needed to be moved with their SKU. Left open space for the new product and print SKU.
I had to make a second trip the next day with the tools and search for the box with the new peg hooks, have manager print the new labels.....Well the manager wanted all new labels put on, so I had to take each label off then place all the new ones.
I did not count having to go there twice in my timesheet, that was my fault not having or asking store personal for the tool. It still took me 5 hrs. the SKUs were placed on the peg board and not on peg hooks a little harder to remove.
Getting that reset done in 3 1/2 hrs is not time consuming....that was fast. I did mine in 5 hrs...that was time consuming.
Did you keep the same SKUs for the items that stayed or did you print all new SKUs? How many Rite Aids do you have?
I have one more re-set to do (my 3rd) they aren't taking as long about 4 hrs. Then I get to meet my District Manager on the 30th for the last one, where I'll get my training......he has his system.......Tall,long legs and big hands.....He doesn't have to move by streching his legs wide open in the center of a section all he does is streach up or down, left or right...So smooth and easy....Of course he's doing about 300-3000 of them...for REALS!!
