The cards company pays $12.50 only to do a switchout @ F$. That stinks!! We have to do the regular service, plus do counts for all leftover cards, put up stick balloons, every day cards and gift bags PLUS put up the new cards and backers. It takes me an hour and 1/2 to do this. Thank goodness it doesn't happen that often.

Are any of you in areas where Acosta took over the FD stores? I'm just wondering if they are doing as horrific a job in your areas as they are in mine or if it is just my local people.

I see Spar is working with FTD to do merchandising in stores now .I chose not to sign up cuz of the pay problems. I do not want to do cheap projects that Driveline used to do ...15 minute jobs and setting an endcap w/having to move shelves for $7.50. Who does that? I don't. Good luck to you all that choose to stay with Spar. I am not. To do a seasonal switchout of cards for $3.00 is a joke. First you have to count all leftover cards, take them down, then reset the new cards and put up pid's. It takes at least 45 minutes to do this...for $3.00?

The only thing I do is the movies for Spar. My DM has sent me other jobs and has asked if I am interested and I turn them down. Unless it is one that pays an hourly rate.
