Does anyone know of any companies other than Certified Reports and RapidCheck/TES that do theater checks?

I got rejected by one in the above list. I did dozens of projects for them several years ago. There was no indication why I was rejected, they were actually a good company to work with, especially auditing the same movie on multiple screens

Wish I knew how to be reconsidered.

We have a TON of these posted right now on Service Sleuths. If you aren't signed up, go to http://www.mymysteryshop.com and complete the application.

Are there any companies currently doing trailer checks besides Certified? I'm already working with them, and I'm looking for more theater assignments. I'm also signed up with TNS, and have done other shops for them, but have yet to see any theater-related assignments posted on their website. I tried to sign up specifically with TES, but I got a message that said that I was already signed up with TNS. I have seen the section of the TES site where you can sign in if you have been assigned a theater job, so I know they're out there somewhere!

I'm driving myself crazy searching here and other places trying to find out how to get these assignments, but no luck so far. Should I call or email TES? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks so much!

The only other company I've ever done trailer checks for is Checker Patrol. They are very nice to work with, but they have no on-line job board.

Service Check has theater shops in Tennessee and elsewhere with one theater chain only. No trailer checks.

TES: You cannot login to check for assignments unless you are already signed on for a current one pending approval or completion. This is a strange system, but they are a good company to work for regardless.

National Shopping Service has IMAX shops, but not any regular theater assignments.

Corporate Research Internatonal has some theater shops in the NYC tri state area with one small theater chain, but most are on weeknights and they only accept scanned receipts. None are trailer checks.

I still am anxious to know if Regal and AMC/Loews are shopped.

P.S.--Isn't Satisfaction Service a fee based MS Company????

If so, I would stay away from them and any others charging fees.

Arch,

Satifaction Services is not a fee based company. I work for them quite a bit. They do have something such as a "rated evaluator" or something that you pay a couple of bucks and I think take a certification test or something.

I discussed this with my scheduler and I decided that, in my state, there is only one client of theirs I want do shop and I get enough of that work.

I did trailer checks for a couple of the ms companies listed above. The pay was okay but it got very boring very quickly. It's a nice way to while away an afternoon though.

Service Sleuths still has movie theater jobs, as does Certified (mystery shopping jobs where you can take a date!)

I'm with CRI and TES.

In Canada, the movie theatre chain Cineplex (Cineplex, Galaxy, Silver City, Colossus or Coliseum Theatre) have their own mystery shopping program. It's basically a club - you get to see movies at a discounted price and get free concessions for evaluating their customer service. ($52.50 for 4 shops per year [2 tickets + concession each shop])

I didn't join because I can get discounted tickets at school for almost the same price and I don't have to write up any reports! But that's another option...

I just tried to sign up with Checker Patrol. I filled in the online application but received an error message. My application is now in a black hole. Do they still do movies?

Anyone know who the company is doing trailer checks now? My checks with CRI have dwindled to almost ZIP and I got one of those pay to shop emails about doing trailer checks at my theater. But I am not paying to shop - ya know?

You might want to register with QualityWorks Associates as they also do trailer checks.
