| Would love to work for them as I hear only good things. Jason has been quick to respond when I've had questions. The reason I do not take shops is because of the no nametag issue. The company does not pay you if you don't get a name although employees are not required to wear nametags and I was told they are not enforced. I'd love to hear that this is not the case and that none of the shoppers have had problems with no nametag/non-payment issues, but this is what I was told by Jason. |

| I haven't had a problem with this, but then I think I've always gotten a name when it was required. There are so many ways to get a name, that I don't let that stop me from taking assignments. I believe there's a thread somewhere on volition that talks about the many ways to get a name. Some that I use often are: ask them outright, then use their name to thank them; tell them "You look so familiar...what is your name?"; or ask a co-worker what the other person's name is, because you think you know them from somewhere; or if it's the kind of place where they have business cards, ask for their business card, and make sure their name is on it. (If it isn't, ask them to write it on there, so you know who to ask for if you have any further questions.) |

I wish I could say good things. Not only I was not reimbursed for a shop but Jason called me on Christmas Eve (a few days after the dinner) to tell me he was thinking of not giving me the $60+ reimbursement.
I did not get information what they wanted until I was due to leave for the shop (35+ miles away). The list/comments they wanted were VERY extensive and the sample of what they wanted back was several pages long.
Evidently, I did not comment long enough on the bathroom and I forget what else and he did not like my response time during Christmas week. I got the feeling that my report was sent to the client anyway with additional detail.
Yes, I'm sure Jason will respond to this post. When I contacted him a short while ago to see if he had decided to pay me or not (since he had told me on 12/24 that he wasn't sure), I felt that his attitude towards me was very rude. He stated that I had not sent in my receipt, which is true, but this was because he had not informed me if he would reimburse me. If not reimbursed, I needed the receipt for my income taxes. |

My dealings with Jason and this company have always been pleasant :) I wish they had more jobs in my area! If you have not sent them a receipt and the shop requires it I dont see how you think you can be paid? If they require the original make a COPY for your taxes. Most shops require that you respond to requests for additional info with in a certain time frame. You allude to the fact you took your time responding. how is that fair to the compnay or the client?

I performed a shop for Nsite in February. I received payment within one week! Perhaps it just happened to be near their regular check issuing date, however I am not complaining.
I did have a few issues with the shop, but due the shop location, not Nsite. I had to email for assistance. I received a prompt phone response rather than an email which was nice.
I received a 10 on my report and a personal email offering shops in another city should I be traveling that way.
Overall I was quite impressed with their professionalism and timely payment.
I would'nt hesitate to take another shop from them.

I agree that I could not get paid about the receipt. However, Jason called and said that he was thinking of not paying me before I was going to mail me the receipt. Why should I spend even a dime to mail a receipt when I was told that I would not be paid. I would happily have mailed the receipt if I had been told I would be reimbursed.
I think that the one thing was interesting is that my report was used. IMHO, if a shopper is not paid, the company should not use the report at all.

| I've done a couple of dining shops for them. The reports were extensive. Their bidding process is by e-mail invitation. I got my first shop OK, but this last round the shops were always gone even though I checked their site immediately after I received the message. They have paid on time without any problems. I'd just like to do another shop because I really liked the restaurant. |

Kevin, I haven't done a dining shop with them, but the shops I do are not usually listed on the website until after I accept them. In order to accept, I've always had to email them, or there is a teeny tiny link at the bottom of the email to click "for more information" or something like that.
I'd hate to think you were missing shops that were still there! (Of course, perhaps you were clicking on that link, and they really were gone....)

| Terri, they were already assigned when I clicked on the link. And I responded as soon as I got the e-mail because I was working at my computer. I got another e-mail for the same assignment the next day and again the shop said it was already assigned when I clicked on that link. I did that one right away as well. Either someone has a very fast trigger finger or they were having troubles with their system on that round. |

| I have worked for Nsite, and I have been very impressed. The payments were prompt, and the shops were fun. I would for sure shop for them again. |

I know this is an old thread, but I thought I would add my . Nsite shops at an upscale restaurant in my area. The shop is reimbursement only (no fee), but the reimbursement is $70 so I have done a few. The first one I did received rave reviews from the company. However, the second or third one had to be re-written almost completely. It was extensive! The information included was quite comparable so I am not sure why their was such a discrepancy in the company's responses. I will say that the pay was fast and the dinner was great! |

I have done a local coffee shop for them a few times. Jason is super to work with, and the instructions and sample narratives are easy to understand. Payment always comes as promised. I just wish the rotation wasn't as long! |

| Yes, he is. I just did my first shop for NSite, but had to reschedule it due to a snowstorm. Jason was very understanding about it. |

I have mostly been lurking on these boards, but I had to post my experience with this shop. I performed an upscale restaurant shop which was wonderful. However, it took me almost 2 hours to get through the form! I'm not as experienced as the majority of you since I've only been doing the mystery shopping thing about 2 months, but I thought that was extreme, especially for a lunch shop. The narratives required 500 to 3000 characters about each aspect of the restaurant. There is only so much you can put in a bathroom narrative! And I could not figure out a way to save my report without losing everything. But anyway, I enjoyed the shop because the food was delicious and service was outstanding, but I'll have to think twice about taking another assignment from them that requires such lengthy narratives. We'll see if they liked my report and end up paying me. I'll update as soon as I hear something. |

Has anyone had payment problems with Nsite lately? I never had a problem in the past, but was just shorted on a payment. I sent two emails last week and made a phone call a few days, but I am not getting any response.
