It should be right at the top. If you don't see it, look in your URL bar, and its the last set of numbers right after Instance ID:

Example:

Thanks Kimberly. It's not on the instructions, but Sandy noticed the different numbers in the URL. That girl is smart! I didn't want to bother you since I hoped you were taking the evening off. I should have known better

The pizza shops are probably a little to hard for a newbie. It took me forever to complete this shop, but it was my own fault. ... maybe a pizza shop shouldn't have been my first shop ever.

Josie,
Oh my! You really started with a tough shop! I hope it won't discourage you. You might want to take a look at the thread about shops that are on people's "ten foot pole" list. There are those that love the pizza shops, and then there those who hate them. If you master them, you will not want for shopping assignments.

Has anyone been discovered as a shopper for the pizza shop. For goodness sake! I was ordering the exact same item, without coupons and tipping $1 for 2 years, ya think they figured it out? I liked the pizza, never had a shop rejected, but can't take any more, due to being discovered - and now they are allowing coupons and different pizza.

I'm sorry Tina! We always hate to lose a good shopper for a client because of discovery. :(

You'd think the stores would be smart enough to keep their mouths shut and just make sure you got really good service/food to make them look good.

I'm always afraid of that happening any time I have to report something out of the ordinary. All 3 last month had bizarre situations, so I'm hoping those detectable details were edited before the reports were shared with the store.

Good news! We took the results of our pizza mystery shop survey back to the client, and they have agreed to eliminate the cut view!!! Now, you just turn over two slices!!

I always wonder that too!! In fact, many, many years ago (for another company) I did a car repair shop where the manager accused me of being the shopper and kicked me out of the store (yelled and screamed at me, called me names, etc). I left and the company talked me into going back. I guess someone must have told him how stupid he acted...so I went back and he knew I was the shopper (I never admitted to it), the shopping company knew he knew I was the shopper, the staff knew I was the shopper and we all just went on with it for years. The manager is super nice to me now (and I don't even shop them anymore...but I'm not sure he knows that) but all and all it worked out great for all of us...seemed silly but worked out.

MCP is for real and a very nice company to work for. They pay promptly have easy shops and their online forms are super easy to navigate and submit.AND they tend to pay much better fees than comparable shops from other companies. In fact they pay twice as much as anyone else for some very easy shops.Like 8$ PLUS a free large pizza as opposed to NO shop fee, just a free large pizza.
And they also pay PROMPTLY.I have already gotten 2 payments from them and I have only been signed up with them for about 40 days.

I wish they had more available in my area. They've become one of my faves very quickly.

I did my first shop with them last month on the 12th and no pay here yet - does "promptly" mean within 6 weeks or something else? I'm not intending to be a pain but promptly to me is within the month, so just wondering if I should be following up or if 4 or more weeks is standard for them.

They seem to pay at the middle of the month for shops completed anytime last month according to my history of payments received.

Is anyone else quickly becoming annoyed with the amount of emails that this MSC is sending out on a daily basis. This week I have been receiving incessant spam for the PIzza client they picked up.

I realize that you have this client and that the shops are hard to fill. But if I was interested in performing one I would have done so. Rather, I have 10 emails in the past day telling me each location that is available.

Raymond,

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. From our side, we cannot tell the difference between two small cities within a city when we send out postings. If this is happening, you are free to email our schedulers for this account (Amy and Donnie-both @measurecp.com .

I can tell you that we are very careful not to do this. If this is happening, perhaps our schedulers are making a radius too big (20 miles vs. 5). I have brought this to their attention.

In the future, just reach out to our schedulers.

Thanks

This company has one of my favorite shops. I've never had a payment issue and the shop is such fun.

I just wanted to thank Kimberly for taking the time to followup regarding this issue. The scheduler for the project contacted me and he was able to identify a problem in the way he was sending out emails. Thank you for spending the time to followup with issues related to scheduling.

Am I the only one who has had problems every since MCP changed systems? When they used Sassie, I shopped for them pretty regularly and never had any problems. When they switched to a new system, I had problems logging in. I always got the error message, "Authentication Failure". When I reported the issue, they said that they couldn't find me in their system, even after I gave them the e-mail address I have always used. When I tried to register using my same e-mail address, I got the message that there is already a shopper registered with that e-mail address (myself). It has been months since I shopped with them, because the problem never got resolved. Finally, I decided a couple of days ago to attempt to register using a different e-mail address. It actually worked, though I don't believe I entered my SS# this time, and I entered an incomplete last name, then went in later and edited it. Seeing how on the new system you get an exorbitantly long list of jobs that have already been filled (this wasn't the case with Sassie), which have to be sifted through to find those that are actually available (if you don't care to apply as a backup), I've become rather disillusioned. A lot more hassle (at least for me) with this new system.

Tristina,

If you call our office (we're in the book, and online), someone could have reset your password for you. Also, shoppers actually appreciate the ability to apply as back up shoppers, because of the frequency of shopper cancellations. If there aren't any shops in the area that are available, the first thing that is going to show up is the back up shops. Keep in mind that we are at the end of the month, and everything for March has pretty much been filled. You may want to check back again this week.

Hello! We actually spoke with shopmetrics today, and this is the feedback we got:
1. Open shops filter to the top.
2. Shops where you can be a backup shopper filter to the bottom.
3. They said it should be pretty easy to add a toggle to allow the shopper to filter by open and backup.
