Hello,

I received an email today asking me to become an employee of ION Smart/The Smart Team. Anyone have any dealings with this company?

I'd love to hear feedback :).

I got a similar email as well. They're asking a lot of personal information before I've said boo to anyone. I'm kind of concerned, is this place legit? I've filled out the paperwork but I'm going to wait to turn it in to see what other's impressions are of them. I've printed and saved my email unless anyone needs to refer to it.

DDP Holdings is also Ideal. I worked for them in the fall. They seemed awsome. I gave up other good merchandising work to go to them. Then three weeks after I started I was given 6 weeks notice that they would no longer need me as they lost the contract. That's all fine but I asked when I was interviewed if the contract was up for renewal soon. I was told no they had a couple years yet with this contract. Honesty isn't their strong suit. JMHO this isn't a compainy to be trusted.

Has anyone gone to work for this company? I just received an e-mail from them stating that I'd been hired and wanting me to return the paper work. Just wondering how the jobs are going for others.

I also have received e-mails from DDP. The e-mail ststed there were no guarantees for work. I wonder if they are collecting names on the hope a contract will come through. It is sad when you can't talk to a human to feel it out.

I've just been hired by them but not sure how the work is assigned. I'm waiting to hear back if there is a site to check or if emails will be sent out or what. Anyone know?

They send emails when projects are posted. Have seen 2 resets recently, one requiring experience in a certain home center, the other was located in Colorado, NO DRIVE TIME (and I live in MISSISSIPPI!) And their web page is naturalinsight.com

Has anyone actually gotten any work from them? They want a notarized I-9, which of course costs money, but they will not give me any info on what type of work they have. They say they don't release that due to competitor issues.

I have sent in my notorized paperwork and am just waiting to receive my password to log into website. I've been waiting for over a month now, so I guess I won't receive it till there is work in my area. Hope its soon so I can see what type of jobs they offer.

I don't know about where ya'll live, but here where I'm at, I can take the paperwork to my bank and they notarize it for free for their customers. Might want to check into it because all the companies now seem to be requiring to notary.

The Town Clerk in our Town Offices notarizes paperwork for free. You might want to call your municipal offices and check.

Is there anyone who has done actual work for this company and gotten paid? They posted on NARMS recently and I replied and received email today about all the paperwork that needs to be filled out and returned to them. I don't want to waste my time if they are not legit. Does anyone know anything else?

I have several jobs lined up for them in September. I haven't actually completed any assignments yet though. They use the Natural Insight way of keeping track of things & seem legit to me.

I wanted to let everyone know that I DID do a search on this subject before I posted. Evidently, by entering the periods after each letter it wasnt recognized as a previous subject discussed. Im still curious about any recent feedback regarding how this company operates with regard to available work, scheduling and ability to get answers when needed in the field.

I have several stores scheduled for next month and had to turn down a couple as I was not merchandising in those areas next month. My supervisor answers questions promptly which is a plus in this business. Hoping that they have additional work for the holiday season.

What type of jobs have you been assigned? Just trying to get an idea whether I want to apply or not. How is the pay rate? I feel they may be like Certified, not great pay, but can work with other work. Am I right?
