Are they still hiring? What fax number do you have to send in the New Hire info? I tried the number they sent to me in Sept and it won't work.

Hi Marla,

I haven't had much luck with them as far as getting work. I don't have a number but if I get an email from Amy Starnes I'll post her address for you. I did one job for them, can't remember now what it was but I know I got paid. Other than that I haven't had any other oppportunities posted for work for me on MyNaturalInsight.com .

I finally called Omega, and was told possibly the fax machine was busy.

Have you applied, or do you work for Acosta/ASAP? I was contacted and accepted possible work in Lafayette. They are looking for Frankfort and Lebanon, if they are closer to you than me. Frankfort is about 30 miles from me and Lebanon more like 45-50. She also had some work this month in Monticello which of course is the opposite side of Lafayette and too far to drive in this weather. Did you get much snow?

After about 15 tries, the fax finally went thru.

I don't work for Acosta but only will work in Frankfort if I can work in several jobs at once. Lebanon is too far also.
Lots of snow here, just got back from Cincy yesterday for a wedding and Saturday was a terrible drive over. But we had a great time.

I'm glad you had a good time, you missed out on very cold. I finally got the new hire paperwork thru for ION Smart, but haven't heard a thing yet. Just got paperwork for Acosta, haven't even looked at it yet. Believe or not, I had to check here, before my email. Now that's hooked. Actually this page comes up faster than my email does.

From this thread it looks like they have the whole country covered. Only thing they forgot about was getting work!

I've just received the same email most of you have gotten, I was referred by National Retail Group whom I worked with before. I thought that was Great News having been referred, till I read DHills posting:

quote:
I signed up and have not had any work through them yet. I have also merchandised for National retail group a third party scheduler that actually assigns project based merchandising work and then IOsmart and ddp holdings is where your check comes from. The web site for insmart

The camera I use for merchandising does cost $10, it's a key chain camera from Walgreens, works wonders...for months...over a year now. It uses a AAA battery, takes perfect pictures for the size and the cost. At Wal Mart and other locations they sale for $15.00, some come with a small program to print different greeting cards with your pictures.

Mark Staas posting:
quote:
I am a rep for Natural Insights and saw where I could get a camera by sending this email address $10. Where do I send the money (Pay pal?), what kind of cameras are these, and how old are they. Thanks in advance for your reply.

I sent my paperwork in via fax, I don't mind if they don't have work, but they could at least acknowledge receipt and give me a sign-on. You never know, I might be in the right place at the right time.

I was hired by them 18 months or so ago. I spoke to a scheduler, they do work for a store chain that already has it's own in house team. I did get a rather desperate call for a job, but it was about 50 miles away. The pay was what I considered decent to good and they worked out with me to pay travel time,it was a 10 hour shift for 4 days. However at the time I had a sick child and couldn't be that far from home. I was told that they had a bunch of assignments 'coming up' and I could expect to get calls from the N. GA. scheduler as well (I live in Chattanooga) but none of this ever materialized...?

I have a question for ION reps. ION has snt me a job posting and says AGAIN to log into my dashboard to claim the position. WHO in the world do you get your password from? None was sent to me, although a lady named Angie signed me up and all my paperwork has gone through. Oh, voice mails are all full, and no one answers the phones. Nor emails. Maybe one of the managers will see this and understand we can't take jobs offered if we can't log in to take them. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I was sent my sign-on and password from Angie with ION Smart, it took a couple weeks after my paperwork was accepted.

Just to let everyone know their management team is not very organized. they constantly guarentee work, and never come through with any. Kind of frustrated when they called me personally and were excited to have me onboard, only to have 2 small jobs in 4 months lol
