Customer Impact is working with Market Force, but not owned by Market Force. It has purchased smaller clients from both Speedmark Information Services and SG Marketing. An email I received provided this link: http://www.customerimpactinfo.com/ for further info.

I am interested if anyone has been assigned and/or completed any shops for Customer Impact. If so, please advise on your experience with their process.

I have done a few and there is no difference that I noticed between when they were Speedmark and now with Customer Impact. Reports were the same.

I would second what MsJudi said. The shops, reports, and payment all seem to be exactly the same as with Speedmark.

Like Carol C and MsJudi, I haven't had any problems with Customer Impact. Everything, so far, works just like it did when it was Speedmark.

Are they using the same survey forms?

Yes, the same survey forms reported the same way as before with the receipts / business cards submitted the same way, followed by a 1-10 report rating with a link to the final report sent to you.

The only thing that has changed with this company is their name and the type of companies they provide mystery shops for (it appears they no longer have any of the large chains they had before).

I love this company! I have done several shops for them. The forms are straigh forward. They don't ask you to write a novel for the narrative. Excellent feedback results in me knowing EXACTLY what they expect. (Now there's a concept) Schedulers are wonderful and all in all one of my favorites. Oh! They pay quickly.

I really enjoy Customer Impact...they took me from speedmark, and offered me jobs immediately after registering. They are forthright, let you know your rating and pay soon. I like there reports, and think they seem to be for the shoppers, schedulers are great. Wish they had more jobs near me.

I don't recall ever hearing about them before, but I went in and they have all my Speedmark stuff, so I'm already with them. Nice to know what is happening with these companies, but I gotta say I hope that Market Force doesn't end up owning everyone - not that I don't like them, I just like having a few different companies!!

Customer Impact is a great company to work for. They even tell you what a great job you do in your reports. They pay like clockwork too.

Cutomer Impact is one of my favorites. They work with you, and are really nice to the shopper. I have two jobs, one tonight a bar audit and one coming up next week, only wish they had more. They also pay within 2 to 3 weeks...love their shops!!!

I just received the following this morning:

"You have received the following citation from Adrienne Dobson:Thank you for attending the 2009 IMSC! Customer Impact appreciates your commitment to mystery shopping, and we are awarding you with a HERO citation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Happy Shopping!

This citation is worth a shop rating of 10 for 1 shop(s)."

How cool is that?

I did too! I think this is very special. None of us knew about this and we did not ask for this to take place. Thank you Customer Impact for showing your appreciation of the shoppers who attended the IMSC!

If you received one of these, please post here so we know.

Nice to see a company with a thread on Volition that is mostly positive!

I completed my first shop for this company on 10/24 and received my payment today (less than 3 weeks). The scheduler was great and she answered my questions prior to the shop very quickly. I will definitely being doing more shops for this company when they are available.
