Does anyone have any experience with this company? They also go by RSG (which stands for Research Services Group.)

I'm not worried about a scam. They are a Sassie site company so I'm sure they are legit, I just wondered how they were with getting back to you and payments and such.

I actually was researching more on them when I found the post.
I have just completed a series of 10 shops for them for one client. This is the first time I have shopped for them, so far my scheduler, Lisa, has been easy to with. I will keep you posted.

I'm in the same boat. I just completed 8 shops in my area for them. I also had a good experience communicating with Lisa, and found the shop requirements to be very reasonable for the fee that was given.

Sorry, but according to my spreadsheet they pay via PayPal. I am still not sure where I heard about them, I don't think it was Job Dinger, anybody know?

I just spoke with Lisa, RSG pays every two weeks.

Thanks Lisa!!

I heard of them through Shadow Shopper. I only have the free account, but it was one of the times that they allowed me to see the entire job post.

Just did 7 of these in the last two days. Lisa has been great!

I have just completed my first job for Lisa and would take more in a heatbeat. Reasonable pay and reports, plus interesting projects, make these a pleasure.

HI all - thanks for all the nice things you said about myself and my company :).

I do believe in paying fairly for good work and paying in a timely manner -so I am glad it is perceived as such. Most of the projects I handle are in the market research field -so they are a bit different than the norm. Kind of fun!

I know RSG is a fairly new mystery shopping company - but in reality, I have a long history in the mystery shopping industry. I was the original creator of the PInkerton Mystery Shopping group back in the late 90's - which is now called Global Compliance; and until last summer, I ran the TNS Mystery Shopping Division. I believe both of those companies also had excellent reputations with shoppers, during the time I was there. Believe me - I paid attention to what shoppers were saying on Volition :)

Last year, I went out on my own - and now RSG (also called MYSTERY RESEARCHERS) is my own company. I know that shoppers are the life blood of mystery shopping and you can expect to be treated fairly at all times. I don't post often on Volition, but did want to jump in on the thread and let you all know who you are working with!
thanks again.

Lisa it great! When I got the payment for my first shop I was very disappointed to see that Paypal had taken a fee from it. I really did not want to get into one of those "who shot John" discussions with the MSC and Paypal over who was responsible for that fee, so I just decided to be more careful about taking future RSG assignments.

Well, GLORY BE! (Yes, I am shouting.) Lisa has notified all shoppers who worked on that project that it was her error that resulted in the fee being charged to the shoppers and that she will be reimbursing all of us for the fee. No pointing fingers or shrugging off responsibility; she just heard about the problem and stepped up to do right by her shoppers.

I'm ready to do any project that Lisa has! Oh, and I need to add that payment was within two weeks.

I've just completed 10 shops for my second project with Lisa in the past month. I'm still so impressed with her excellent communication and how quickly she responds to my questions.

I have never worked for RSG but I have had the pleasure to interact with Lisa. She was an example of professionalism. In addition, she was kind and funny, which always helps establish a good relationship. If I am ever available to shop for her, I would in a heartbeat (granted I have a babysitter for the day, which is why I had to decline the job...)

I have to add what a great experience I had with Lisa. I have completed two fairly large projects with this company. I have been paid literally within a few days of completing both of these projects-and the fees were over $100 on each. I could hardly believe it when I got a notification from paypal that funds had already been deposited. Additionally, Lisa answers my e-mails within minutes--I can always find her in an instant with a question. She also let's you do your job without those constant annoying e-mails we sometimes receive. And there's more--her projects generally have involved multiple shops-and she gives you a reasonable timeframe in which to complete. Lisa rocks!! She has some large projects coming up so you might want to sign up with her company: http://www.mysteryresearchers.com and http://www.sassieshop.com/2rsg/shoppers/LoginShopper.norm.php

I have worked on a couple of projects for Lisa / RSG, and I heartily endorse this company. Lisa goes out of her way to ensure that you have a successful experience, and payment is faster-than-prompt. Sign up with her company--you won't regret it. Just my

An excellent experience.

A few days after signing up, Lisa called on a Sunday asking for help on two shops to be done that evening. She was pleasant, informative and understanding when I accepted only one at that time. After reviewing the materials for the shop, I called for clarification. Lisa answered and clearly answered my questions. I then accepted the second shop. The shops were as advertised and payment arrived eight days later by Paypal!

I'm looking for more work from RSG.

Happily shopping

TinaMarie,
Why not just email LisaVK, who is the owner? She is very good at answering shopper questions.

Hey All!

I wanted to make a note about my experience with RSG. I performed 29 Shops for their latest project in auto negotiations. The things I like best about RSG are:

Timely Email Replies
Pay faster then any company I know
Lisa is Awesome!

I had many occurrences where I would shop a location on Monday and be paid on Tuesday!! I have never seen any other company do this. Lisa is a great person and RSG is a wonderful company.

I was even extended to chance to Edit for the last project and made some extra money. Lisa paid again on time and without fail. I am amazed and pleased with RSG and Lisa.

I will be continuing to Shop and hopefully edit for a long time to come.

If anyone has concerns post in this thread and I will reply.

Brian

I concur with everyone else. This is a great company to work for. Lisa is responsive to emails and pays fast. Payment is very fast, which is very novel. I had one report questioned, and it was done politely and the point was well-reasoned and correct. I was truly glad to find a way to resolve the issue. I have complete 27 assignments since the beginning of October 2009 and would gladly do more.
