Beverly,

Did you have those 6 WM during the holidays? I had 6 also but was told that the owners would not allow a rep to have that many, so they took 3 away from me for the 4th quarter. Am still waiting to get them back! I thought it was a little weird since I had 5 the Christmas prior with no problems.

Birgit,

Birgit,

I have 6 WMs too. I've had them for a coule of years and there has never been a problem. I have good relations with all of my managers too. It seems that they would appreciate someone coming in that knows what they are doing.

Maybe Birgit's RMM had someone else in mind that needed some work. I don't think it would be fair, but it could happen.

Well, I found out what really happened, but I can say no more. Apparently my RMM reads this forum and wasn't too happy with my post. At least I got a straight answer, which was truly appreciated.

Funny. Yes this forum is open to all to read. Make sure to contact your RMM if you have problems. Hopefully you didnt get into trouble.

I'm trying to sign in so I can log my timesheet for the day but I can't get onto the site. I keep getting a DNS Error-Cannot find server. Is anyone else having problems?

I heard through the grapevine (from a BB DM) that BB is considering going back to using PRS for BB audits. Has anyone else heard this?

I hadn't heard anything but I know that my store did not get audited in January. Everytime I went in they would come up & ask if I was there to audit them.

Same thing on all 3 of my BB's. At one of my stores the managers are livid because the auditor did the audit but never keyed in the results.
I asked my RM and she said she has heard a lot of stores complaining on the feedback forms because they think PRS is still supposed to be doing them. Keep your fingers crossed that we get them back.

I will be glad. That other company is being stingy with bonus but keeps bugging me about doing the audit. That is what I love about being an IC. I will tell you what I will work for. I hope Premium gets it back. Great company.

Random story: I had to do a recall service and the product was in outside storage containers. I think it was a high of 37 yesterday. I think I spent 2 hours in there. Felt like it. End of my complaining.

Same pay for the last few years. Did someone get a raise? Or the other way?

Is your pay lower than before?

I was confused by this when I first started. Basically, your rate is broken up so that you are taxed at a lower pay rate. At the end of the year your pay rate shows up as normal, which allows you to still take the full mileage deduction. End result though is that you are paid more.

Having owned a business prior to this I am still baffled as to how this works on PRS' end and done without upsetting the IRS. STEVE any idea how this falls under the tax codes?
