Things have not changed much Sue A. They still pay only 10.00 hr. with no raises ever I was told, no drive time-only in between stores, no admin time, no printing comp.

I printed the first service order and it's LOADED with tons of questions.
Was told they're going to be a smart phone only company, they don't want you printing anything.
They want to know where you are by GPS in your phone, how long you are in the store, track your movements etc.

After that interview 8 months ago, they have reached out to me 3 more times with job opportunities. I guess recruting doesn't keep notes on their interviewees. Or they have changed how they conduct business. We'll see.

I understand that Premium/Premiere recently added quite a "get" to their client list, as they now service all three brands of batteries in Walmart (Duracell, Energizer and Rayovac).

Energizer recently bought Spectrum Brands, which is the parent company of Rayovac, so I guess I should say "both" brands of batteries.

This is true, they interviewed me for that position, plus service/stock the freeosk every Wed, Fri and Sunday, plus all the clipstrips for the entire store. Doesn't sound as flexible as the recruiter made it sound.

Clipstrips. Ugh.

It's a thankless job. Stores hate them because they get in the way of ordering and stocking (and some service reps put them in very odd places- like toothbrush head covers in the Pet Foods next to bird seed...who knew parakeets brush and floss?). Other vendors don't like them because they get in the way of working their product lines. Customers hate them because they block product they want to shop.

I was never so glad as when I found out that we did not get the clipstrip contract.
