A Google search returns several thousand responses with this email.

General rule of thumb is if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

I always delete this type of SPAM and never think about it again.

Any MS email offer without links to a professional web site should be considered a scam/phishing attempt. Delete it immediately!!! Never reply, even in jest. Never click on a link without first looking at where it is sending you. ...In IE, mouse over the link, and look at the lower left of your screen....

And asking for application info through "reply to email" such as this is highly unprofessional and suspicious. I know several legitimate schedulers do this, but I would be wary until I was sure.

And follow Harold's rule above!

The high fee quoted ($400 per evaluation?) is enough to send one running away, far, far away.
