Hi. I have been shopping for EPMS (Ellis) for several years, and just recently have been frustrated by the terrible quality of their previously flawless phone system.
When I call a community, sometimes the phone goes 'in and out' and the agent can't hear me and I can't here him/her. It is almost impossible to have a clear conversation, and several times I had to hang up and try to call back later, but had the same thing happen again.
Is there anyone else who is having this problem with Ellis? I wrote to them but if others also inform them of the phone issue, it would make them pay more attention. I have tried to call from three different phones at three different locations. It is not MY phone.
What is up with that?
