I got an email from MFI on my birthday (yesterday) saying they would bonus $2 for every shop I chose on my birthday so I got 4. I replied to the email showing which shop I took and they applied the bonus. SWEET!!!~

I have just noticed NONE of the (P)bakery casual fast food assignment have been posted an I correct. Did they move or is it just me that has not seen any since Jan 2015?

I got an email this morning from MFI about how happy they are that I have completed 500 shops for them. They are the reason why I have done that. On the other hand, Stericycle has sent me an email saying I have made too many errors. Hmmm, I sent them an email in return and suggested they fix their website and hire more professional people. Funny, there was no reply to Stericycle's email.

Congratulations on your 500 milestone with MFI. Hopefully you can make it another 500 before they ban you with no explanation.

Agree with you on Stericycle. Their entire process is antiquated. I only will shop 1 client and that is at inflated bonused pay. I love how there is NO communication with Stericycle and they sent out wrong 1099 and then send another one with no explanation.

Well I finally made it into to deactivation group with many of the rest of you with this company :). I received my thank you for being a great shopper, your loyalty, it is because of you we are successful last September for completion of 3000 shops. I did not make it to the next 500 level.

I was told that I had made too many data entry errors. I could not remember any issues of late so asked what ones. It appears that after 11 years, 3300+ shops it came to 11. Most dated back from the very beginning when your first starting out. It came out at an error rate of less then one third of one percent, but when you hit that magic number it does not matter I guess, we were not perfect.

May I ask how you did anything that would be different from anyone else? I shop for them a lot. They're not my favorite but they always seem to have stuff available.

Once I was on the phone with a rep and we got on the subject of filling out the CPI (just typing your name in a box as a sort of verification). She said basically they don't need you to do it, but they keep track of every time you don't. I wonder if the little things you never hear about all add up.

They are NUMBER crunchers. They evaluate all stats and have "proprietary" formulas to determine when to let you go. It is their right to do this, but their approach is robotic and insincere. They don't treat you as "part of the team", but instead use you to serve their purposes until you no longer are deemed worthy any longer.

Their software is probably one of the best of any company that has created their own. They have some big clients and they pay consistently.

People should know by now what they are getting into with Marketforce. Follow the rules and do all the minor things they want regardless of how insignificant they may seem to you. The more attention to detail you pay, the longer they keep you around. However, at some point they will determine your services will no longer be useful to them and will let you go with NO explanation.

I did not pass the fast food test in February 2015. When can I take it again? The helpdesk said 6 months so that would be August but they do not answer me when I ask the helpdesk when can I take the test again. One person said 02/2016. Does anyone know? TIA.

To all. who like myself, have been fired by this MSC, be thankful. My discharge was almost 5 yrs. ago and may have contributed to extending my life. Within 2 mos., I had lowered my BP, was no longer a borderline diabetic and had lost approx. 25 lbs.; not only my health, but also my appearance had improved. I literally state, there's not a week that elapses without these folks entering my mind and me being grateful.

I get to retake the test again for the fast food. I did not pass last test but the fast food shops are showing up on the schedule page. I printed the materials this time. I think I burned out on doing them for sooo many years.

Is anyone having trouble accessing the website via an IPhone? Even their links via email don't allow access. I have no issues on a laptop or desktop, just my phone. Please share a solution if you have one. TIA.

I was finally banned by MF a few months ago. While I miss the payday loan shops, I do not miss the phone calls by overseas schedulers that are so surprised that I am not willing to do the tater tot shop when it is over 100 degrees outside or below freezing.

Recently I have been having lots of trouble with the fast food shops. The website is very slow. Is anyone else having trouble with these shops?

MFI is not doing their fast food places any longer. I wonder who they went with!! I was told they are looking into another way to improve customer service.

The client has suffered in stock price and overall sales and market share the last few years. Maybe they found that the $ they were spending wasn't providing a good return on investment.

That has to be a HUGE loss for Marketforce if they truly did lose that business. Maybe they are just "revamping" the shop and looking for different things and it will be back after a hiatus.

I always felt there was never any concern about quality since TIMING seemed to the be the MOST important thing on the shop. Who cares how fast it is, if the food stinks? You can see people willing to wait in line at other places for HIGHER quality product.

It was clear they were mostly concerned with the timings and the cleanliness of the stores. Even though there were quality questions, they felt like after thoughts to me.

Another MSC had a test run of the shops a few months ago, but I don't see them over there. It wouldn't surprise me if they were gone for good since the news is filled with how their menu has negatively affected their drive-thru timings.

If they are gone for good, that will be a shame. While my waist line won't miss them, the fact they had locations everywhere meant I could almost always find a meal shop where ever I was on a given day.
