Join the IMSC for our first Reno conference at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino this September 10th and 11th with registration/nametag preparations and sponsor set up starting on September 9th at 12:00 PM.
The cost is only $150.00 for the conference with early registration. Hotel room and meals are not included. You can pre register or pay in full by visiting our website at www.imscinfo.com and click on 2012 Reno conference.
Full IMSC Conference-Networking Event + 2 days of Sessions - $150.00 (Early Registration)
Optional Networking Event–IMSC Attendees-$25.00 (Day prior to conference)2:30 to 4:30 PM
Optional Networking Event–NON-IMSC Attendees - $75.00 (Day prior to conference)2:30 to 4:30 PM
1st day of IMSC Conference Sessions - $75.00(Early Registration)
2nd day of IMSC Conference Sessions - $75.00(Early Registration)
If you are attending all three days, your fee has not changed.
This will give you the flexibility to attend what works with your schedule.
If you are attending one day and want to attend the optional networking session from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, your additional cost is only $25.00. If you can only attend one day, you have your choice of the following three options:
Sunday September 9th Optional Networking Event–NON-IMSC Attendees - $75.00
Monday September 10th IMSC Sessions - $75.00(Early Registration)
Tuesday September 11th IMSC Sessions - $75.00(Early Registration)
The deadline to take advantage of the lower price of $150.00 for the 2012 Reno IMSC is August 15th. After August 15th, the price will be $200.00. All pre registered attendees need to send final payment by August 15th as well. Please take advantage of our early registration fee. Sorry, no refunds after August 1st, 2012, but we will offer you a one time transfer to a future conference.
If you are travelling with a spouse who wishes to attend, email us at info@imscinfo.com to get the special rate for couples of only $200.00 for the two of you. Note: You do not need to be legally married to take advantage of this, but you must show proof that you reside at the same residence via your drivers license. All payments must be completed by August 15th, 2012 or there will be a $25.00 late fee assessed.
The conference will take place in directly following the Great Reno Balloon Race in Rancho San Rafael Park, so bring the family to this one and stay for the week.

We have acquired rooms for only 79.00 a night which includes your resort fee and free shuttle to and from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, free internet and one $12 Meeting Attendee Food Voucher per registered attendee to be given upon check-in and can be utilized in the Lodge Buffet, Café Sierra and/or Second Street Express.
You can get our rate for the rooms early to enjoy the balloon races. Our rates are good from Friday, September 7th to Thursday, September 13th.

Unfortunately, due to other commitments, Undercover Essentials will not be able to provide Video training during the Reno conference.
However, the IMSC has teamed up with top video shoppers from around the country (Jeff Crozier, Servanne Edlund and Kathy McCord) and some of the companies at VSN (Video Shopping Network) to provide you with an incredible Video Shopping Seminar. Video shopping is the wave of the future and it offers a great opportunity to boost your income.
Each participant will receive a Video Completion Code, (VCC) from the IMSC and the names of the seven video companies to get you working. The cost of the Video Shopping Seminar is $125.00.

**Please note the IMSC is providing the Video Shopping Seminar because we recognize the need for more trained video shoppers by the video shopping companies. We will only offer these seminars when Undercover Essentials is unable to attend a conference and provide training.**
We have received confirmation from all seven of the VSN companies they will acknowledge and accept the VCC codes from the IMSC Video training and give the shoppers an opportunity to work for them.
