Please note that GfK's offices in NYC and the surrounding area have been impacted and we are running at limited capacity right now. We have no access to our networked systems which means any emails sent to email@example.com right now cannot be accessed or replied to. Half of our staff have no power and so we are running everything with a small crew so please be patient with us.
Most of our schedulers work from home around the country, however, the phone system that routes calls to them is also down so the only way to contact them is via email. Unfortunately I also have reports of some email addresses being down so please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org and that should reach them.
I will continue to post updates here as we have them. If you have an urgent issue, please email me at email@example.com but please put urgent in the subject line and be patient. I will try to help everyone I can, but remember I am one person and will be doing the job of half our staff.
