One bag of Hash Brown's - southern style" cubes one can of Cream of Potato Soup one can of Cream of Celery Soup one 8 ounce container of Sour Cream one Green Pepper, diced one onion, diced one stick of Butter, melted
Empty bag of hash browns into a large casserole, or dutch oven. Combine and add the soups, and sour cream. Fold in the onion and green pepper and then mix together. Pour melted butter over top. Bake uncovered 1 hour.If the casserole dries out cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325
